Business is faced with increasing uncertainties, BREXIT being just one of them. In this keynote presentation I outline how responsible companies can respond to BREXIT as well as other key considerations, irrespective of BREXIT, in a VUCA world. I argue that business needs to go All In for sustainability. This includes setting science-based Climate targets, encouraging employee-led innovation, collaborating extensively and speaking out/speaking up for social justice and sustainable development.
